Account & associated Data Deletion – PratiAutoCare
PratiAutoCare believes that users should have complete control over their personal information. If you decide to stop using our services, you can request the permanent removal of your account and related data at any time.
Delete Account Through the App
To remove your account directly from the application:
- Open the PratiAutoCare App
- Navigate to Profile Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Review the information displayed
- Confirm the deletion request
Information Removed After Deletion
Once your request is processed, the following data will be permanently erased:
- User profile information
- Registered contact details
- Saved service locations
- Vehicle information linked to your account
- Orders and service records
- App preferences associated with your profile
Please note that deleted accounts cannot be restored.

If you cannot access your account, you may submit a manual deletion request using the form provided on this page.

Processing Period
Most deletion requests are completed within 7 business days after verification of ownership.
